Andre Woodson was cut for a quarterback who played at Tarleton State in Texas.

The Redskins decided that they would rather see what Richard Bartel has to offer.  They signed him off Jacksonville’s practice squad.  This will be Bartel’s fourth team.

Young quarterbacks often do a lot of bouncing around.  The odds are pretty good that the former UK star will get another chance in the NFL.
