It is distracting and untimely at this point in the season. We have a huge opportunity to climb the SEC ladder. Our players don't even need a blip on their radar that even suggests that RB might resign. They need focus. Our recruiting needs focus. As RB did at one of his last press conferences when he got huffy over the issue, can we just appreciate his position and close our mouths about this issue for now? Coach Brooks has done what I don't think any other coach in the country could have done considering the shape the program was in when he got here. Rich Brooks Field is the least that should be done.
