You really can’t take much from this game.  First of all, John Wall will be running the show and he couldn’t play tonight.  Second, it was Campbellsville.  Third, in two months this team will be running the offense so much better it won’t even be funny.

But UK does have some thoroughbreds.   I was very impressed with Darnell Dodson.  He picked up where he left off in the Blue-White game and I love his ability to score.

Eric Bledsoe has some serious hops… did you see that block??????  Haven’t seen Wall in a real game… but if he’s any faster than Bledsoe… LOOK OUT!

Cousins will be a beast down low.  I’m not sure if running Patrick Patterson as a guard for the entire time is going to be the best idea… but again… this is a work in progress and once the offense gets going he won’t end up with just four points a game.

I’m a sucker and I felt bad for Perry Stevenson.  He’s been through so much and this was exhibition and I wish he had gotten in a little sooner than with six minutes to go… but he did make the most of it.

Deandre Liggins didn’t leave the bench.  Waiting to see what Coach Cal says about that after the game.

Kind of surprising to me that John Hood is one of the first guys off the bench.  He must be impressing in practice.

I was also impressed with Daniel Orton.  I don’t see much, if any, of a letdown when he comes in for Cousins or Pat.
